Torneo de Super Smash Bros / Super Smash Bros Tournament

Este jueves 28 de Enero, tuvimos la oportunidad de crear un torneo para los estudiantes de nuestra escuela de un vídeo juego que se llama "Super Smash Bros." Este torneo es el segundo torneo que hemos planeado en estas seis semanas, afortunadamente fue un éxito, este torneo se basó en 2 categorías la cooperativa e individual, y aunque la competencia fue muy dura solo pudo haber un ganador por categoría, así que felicidades a los ganadores: individual Óscar Domínguez y cooperativo Ivan Navarrete y Elihu Rascón.

A comparación del primer torneo este estuvo más organizado y se manejó de manera eficaz, gracias a las personas que colaboraron en vender y administrar el torneo. Fue una experiencia increíble y competitiva, sobre todo fue planeada para encontrar una forma para que los alumnos se diviertan y puedan demostrar sus habilidades para estos juegos.

En la cuestión financiera nos fue bien pero nos podría haber ido mejor, el torneo anterior definitivamente dejó más ganancia, los premios estuvieron bastantes altos y es algo en el que podríamos mejorar para poder recaudar más fondos. En sí sí tuvimos ganancia y el torneo no fue lo único, también tuvimos las ventas durante el torneo las cuales proporcionaron más fondos para nuestro equipo.

This Thursday January 28 we had the opportunity of creating a tournament for the students in our school about a videogame called “Super Smash Bros”. This tournament is the second one we have planed in this 6 weeks, fortunately it was a success, this tournament was based in 2 categories: cooperative and individual, and even through the competition was tough there could only be a winner per category, so congratulations to the winners: individual Oscar Dominguez and cooperative Ivan Navarrete and Elihu Rascón.

This tournament was a lot better organized than the first one and it was effectively handled thanks to the people that cooperated in selling and administrating the tournament. It was an amazing and competitive experience, and it was planned mainly to find a way for the students to have fun and show their skills in these games.

Financially we did ok but we could have done better, the past tournament definitely left more profit, the prizes were really high and it is something that we could do better to gain more funds. We did have profit and the tournament wasn't the only thing, we also had sales during the tournament which provided a lot more funds for our team.
